The fall of Bianca Schoombee.
A few years after the birth of our Rainbow Nation I found myself standing in a queue with my late friend at the Randburg Pick n Pay. There was a white guy standing in front of a black fellow. This white guy was carrying a child of about 4-5 years in his arms, probably his daughter. The young girl poked the father and pointed at the black fellow standing behind them and asked, 'daddy, is he also a Kaffir?' You can imagine the father's embarrassment as he dashed out of the store.
Fast forward to 2020. I don't know if Bianca Schoombee is the same girl at the Randburg Pick n Pay a long time ago but she most definitely fits the bill. One would expect young boys to be influenced by and emulate their fathers behaviour, after all, men tend to short circuit and exhibit irrational behaviour.
From the Biblical times until recently, women have been known to be timid and caring. Women are not known to hate except when necessary, like in defense of their offspring. Women are primary care-givers.
Humans are not born filled with hate but learn to be afflicted by the malady from their environment and circumstances. Racism as a form of hate is not inborn. Racism is not an eye, teeth, tongue or any limb that completes a human physique. Racism is not tangible but manifests itself in behaviour often with reprehensible consequences. Society is quick to judge racism but slow to understand its genesis. Racism is taught at home during dinner. Racism is subtly taught at predominantly white schools by white teachers. Racism is enforced in Universities.
Everyone can become a racist if they so choose. Black people become reactionary racists and all other races pick on black people as their racist outlet. Arabs hate Black people. Black people hate black people. The Chinese hate black people. Coloured people hate black people. Indians hate black people. European people hate black people.
The funny thing is that all those that hate black people find themselves living among black people in a continent of black people. Americans, Asians, Europeans and people of other continents hate black people and that includes Africans of African descent. These hatred of Africans by people of African descent is called self hate.
Remember, Arabs found in Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Morocco, etc are colonisers in the same vein as white colonisers in Southern Africa but much crueller. These Arabs never left the continent but chose to stay. Neither did they give autonomy to the original inhabitants whom they conquered and decimated.
Racism has been institutionalised. In public institutions such as government departments, white people prefer to work within the Finance and Supply Chain Management because that's where money revolves. Tenders and government contracts are concluded within these departments and the reason why whites prefer to work here is because they steal from the government.
Don't be fooled into thinking that whites don't steal, they just don't get caught. White people also don't flaunt their illegally gained loot like black people do. In all effect, black people are stupid when it comes to money that's why they get caught. Black people think that they have achieved as soon as they get to stay in suburbs and drive flashy cars and, therefore, look down the poor.
Another reason why black people are getting caught with their hands in the cookie jar is because they easily fall in the trap set up for them by whites. For example, BOSASA and Gavin Watson were able to operate under the radar without being caught for a long time until another white man by the name of Angelo Agrizzi blew the whistle out of jealousy. Whites set up traps for black managers to be caught in order to discredit their capabilities in general. Black Managers like to show off their loot and thus inviting Police scrutiny. Be informed that the most efficient thieves are the Police.
Black Managers like to ceiling themselves with white immediate subordinates creating a communication barrier between themselves and other black employees as the chain of command cascades downward. White employees become the go-to persons between the black manager and the other black employees. The black manager gets hoodwinked into believing that everything is going well in the working environment which is far from the truth.
Black Managers become inaccessible by other black employees because white employees become middlemen and that's where they steal without being caught at times. Black Managers only sign off on requisition forms provided by white subordinates without checking for any irregularities. In private sectors, black managers are just tokens with no meaningful power.
Black people will never achieve greatness and the only achievement a black person has ever attained is to become the first black President of the United States of America. No black person will ascend to the status of being a pioneer in anything except as contained in the destroyed history of Africa. No black person has discovered a country or continent. Even when 'sMosi oa Tunya' was already a part of Africa, a white man discovered it and named it Victoria Falls. A black man will never discover anything even in his own continent. The highest achievement for black people is to become a Pastor and continue to feed your own people lies while taking away their hard earned money after being abused by whites.
Bianca Schoombee knows about how black people operate. Black people will go for more beating than defend themselves. Actually, a black man will defend a racist than challenging them. As the story of Bianca Schoombee broke out on social media, particularly Twitter under the hashtag #BiancaMustFall, it came as no surprise that a black person went out to defend her with the Twitter handle of @CoconutKelz .
Black people will never help their own folks unless it boosts their public image. White children, protected by their white teachers, bully black children in school and their fellow black schoolmates will rather shoot a video of the bullying than help out even if it means separating the conflicting pair. Bianca Schoombees of this world feed off this apathy and black mentality. People like Bianca Schoombee know that black people have short hair and as such, short memory as well as short pockets and will always forgive.
The only place black people unite is on Twitter. The unity of black people comes when they take another person down. This unity was instrumental in taking down Bianca Schoombee but may have helped in galvanizing other racists to continue with their nefarious activities.
South Africa is a non-racial and non-sexist society and Twitter will continue to expose errant behaviour.
